Yes, the initial consultation is free. We will review your credit reports with you. Go item by item and determine which items are of concern while giving you bits and pieces of education on a healthy credit profile.

How often do I speak to a credit specialist?

We pride ourselves on our customer service. A credit repair specialist at Liberty Credit Experts will be there for you all the time during our normal hours of operation 9AM to 5PM EST. Typically a credit repair customer service agent will give you a call once a month to update you on your credit repair process a file review has been conducted. You also have a portal online to see your progress which you can access 24/7.

Can I view my results online?

Absolutely! At Liberty Credit Experts we are very transparent. Give you access to a portal online which you can view at your convenience. In this portal you can view results, see notes on the account, upload documents, and pay your invoice. Access this from your computer, tablet or phone to stay updated on your credit repair process.

What score will I have at the end?

The score that you will end up with at the end of your credit repair program will vary. Liberty Credit Experts cannot guarantee any score change. We work closely with you to attempt to make your credit profile healthier through education and advice. A healthier credit profile is a happier credit profile.
